SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are shipped from Hamburg, Germany using DHL with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. The exact shipping costs are calculated by our partner Shopify during the checkout process.

Shipping usually takes five – ten days.

Note that prices do not include VAT. For orders outside EU your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
