OUR RETURN POLICY

Returns cost money and harm the environment. We therefore ask you to consider your order carefully and clarify all enquiries and uncertainties beforehand. If you have any questions: Write to us at hello@the-copy.shop at any time. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible.

COPY® will gladly accept returns of unused products or products damaged in shipping for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.the-copy.shop within the EU, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Emails should be sent to hello@the-copy.shop.

All orders shipped outside the EU are unfortunately non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

COPY® reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
